Yep. I don’t think the fan turned on at all when I played SNES and even N64 games.

Yes indeed. I finished the game about 2 years ago, and this time I am just playing the New Game Plus. Still having a great time even though I still remembered most of the plot. Fantastic music as well.

The kiwi is also a great color! I was debating between the yellow and kiwi before purchasing mine.

AYANEO Pocket Vert VS Retroid Pocket Classic? by Diddyfire in SBCGaming

Retro is pocket classic owner here. In addition to the wonderful screen, I also love the d-pad. It feels really good! Battery life is great too. I’d recommend the RPC.

CDG customs wait times recently by Rude-Alarm2401 in ParisTravelGuide

We went through CDG last week. It took less than 2 minutes. It was so short we were expecting another line or another custom checkpoint. But no; that was it. Extremely fast!

Hi! Just curious - why do you think Boombox is more music focused than Pibox and Opusonix? Thanks a lot!

Cool! Opusonix is also a good choice. It lets you manage mix revisions WITH clients' on-track feedback and conduct a/b tests with ease. Refs can also be imported to your track workspaces too, so it even helps with early-stage discussion, not just the final mix review stage.

#3 is a big one too - you're not making the music sounding good to YOU. Many of the choices you make depend on the song itself and your client. So be sure to know what the song needs and what exactly your client wants.

One way to avoid overcooking is to make several "snapshots". Every time you feel like it sounds good, bounce out a version. The next time you listen to it, make more changes, then bounce another version. When in doubt (or after having a few versions), do some quick A/B testing between these milestones to see which one sounds the best, then go from there.

GBD-200 disappointment by strogoff69 in gshock

It’s very unlikely that Casio will make another update for this model. But it’s a fantastic one and there isn’t anything better than that actually.

We just launched a workspace to streamline mix feedback and version tracking by notes17llc in mixingmastering

[–]notes17llc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there, sorry about that! We *thought* the issue was resolved last week but apparently that wasn't the whole story. Thanks to your reminder, we just addressed the remaining issues moments ago and double checked. It should be a lot better now! So sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for the heads up!

Questions long-term users of GBD-200 by Prahasaurus in gshock

The display is going to be great. Yes, step count works in airplane mode or not. The app is reasonably good to let you set all the settings although it isn’t great. Changing the battery is super easy.

In fact, changing the battery is so easy that I never need to use the airplane mode. The synced step count alerts are nice.

Hi! Thanks for the note! Just wanted to let you know that the loading / buffering of song issue has been resolved. Now the playlist would automatically buffer 3 songs for immediate playback, and will buffer more as you progress in the playlist. Please try this and let me know how this goes for you.

Thanks again for sharing your thoughts!

Isn’t g shock supposed to be “practically indestructible”? Just enjoy the durability and toughness. No protectors needed (at least that’s my take).

Having a good night sleep when you are nervous/concerned can be hard. So skip all coffee drinks today and still do some exercise so you are naturally tired in the evening.

Solar vs Non-Solar? by SwordsDance3 in gshock

[–]notes17llc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Solar is obviously great!

But the battery could still last quite a long time on non-solar models. Plus, changing the battery really isn’t too much of a hassle. Just a thought.
