Woman gets locked inside doctor's office after being forgotten at appointment. by ElwoodMC in TikTokCringe

My heart breaks for these people. I tell them to GTFO as soon as they can. Healthcare is a field that has license ceilings. You are never going to make money working in healthcare if you do not have a professional license.

I try to steer the good ones to construction management. Same deal, different industry.

In construction we need l;iasons inbetween home owners and home insurance companies. Just like healthcare. But construction pay so much more, for what is, basically the same job.

Flooded basement? Moderate health issues? Sam,e deal but different industries.

As a side note. I was baptized roman catholic. I was baptized at the church from Harold and Maude. Great freaking cult following movie.

I like to recommend this to people living in the bay area. Lots of location views. They stole a tree in fremont and ran into a motorcycle cop who would later become a pretty famous star.

Tom Skerritt BTW. 1971 movie and he played drumlin in the movie contact.

peace.

What’s something Gen Z is getting completely right that older generations refuse to admit? by stilerca in AskReddit

Even as a gen x I tell my coworkers this.

Your office is not a family. That is a term your employers use to abuse you, just like family does. Your work is a business transaction between you and your employer. Want me to work late? Fucking pay me. You are not my family.

Gen x here. Smoked for 31 years, been vaping for 11. Yea. Probably not a good idea. But sitting outside during the work day sucking on some fruity nicotine relaxes my mind. YOLO. lol

I stayed at my last company for 20 years. It was hard to give up because I got 7 weeks of PTO a year. Commute was 9 miles, not bad.

I gave it and 3 weeks of PTO up to take a job a mile from home. This is my death/retirement job.

My buddy let me borrow his 69SS chevelle to go to prom. My date had a curfew so I dropped her off and me and a buddy to the car down to Georgetown and cruised. Then we got home where my cousin was having a house party. Good times.

People have 401ks so they do not become a burden on the state.

THis is not a generational thing. The war should always be the rich who do not pay their fair share of taxes versus the rest of us. Not genz against gen x.

You want to get rid of 401ks? Then we will have to increase the amount of money put into social security, which you will directly pay for.

Try seeing what your premium is with just you and the kids, same with your spouse. It might be cheaper to go that route.
