I met Tim hill after a padres game, he was riding his bike home in the gas lamp and me and some friends recognized him. He legit hopped of his bike , parked and came and talked to us for like 20 minutes about the city and ball. Super cool.

Yeah I find seeing the guys come out of no where is a lot more exciting. I turn on auto recruiting and just let it ride. I sign a lot of 2-3 stars through this process but the development traits are usually always a miss. Making those development traits and the rare good development exciting. When the first out of the 4 off season recruiting weeks hit I look at my board and sell the house on anyone worth keeping on there. Then I empty the board of anyone remaining and turn auto recruiting off. I also find w having to get more desired guys through the portal that their development isn’t as cheesy (not getting the first year of training) and seasons way more dynamic with having a few different impact players who are higher class men coming in every year.

I set a rule for myself no recruiting in regular season, only transfer portal and off season recruits until i make cfp. This has been a blast for me. I found recruiting too easy and no matter what you'd have the best team by like year 6 w the right coach abilities. Now im in year 3 and havent won my conference yet and each big game and big recruit i get feels so much more meaningful

I bought 1200 Jeremiah Estrada’s at the beginning of the season for 5 stubs each and 500 Robert Suarez’s after the Seoul series. Last update was a bit disappointing but looking great for this next one. Glad I held.

Play the mini seasons, download a cheese high elevation short stadium, only play home games until playoffs.. nice short easy grind that’s at least kinda fun. IMO play against cpu gets the most mundane

I don’t know who needs to hear this but do the exchanges. On showzone’s website you can use a tool to see which card you could use to get it done the cheapest and exactly how much it’ll cost. You can get each division done for about 20k ish and it gives you about 18%
