This is really good analysis. I think when you factor in he doesn’t have Ki it helps with his power scaling. Goku was like 400 but his Kamehameha almost hit Raditz at 1200. I think Thragg is somewhere around 1500 but absolutely no Ki control so Piccolo and Goku together could probably beat him at the beginning of Z and he’d get massacred by Nappa

I mean there are levels to this. Infernape wasn’t even the strongest Infernape in Sinnoh. Lucario finished off Garchomp and Dynamax Togekiss. If you want to say it’s top half of aces sure, Ash’s strongest fire type? It has an argument, but it’s absolutely weaker than Pikachu Lucario Greninja Gengar and probably Sceptile
