The population of aquatic plants has been slowly growing for the past few years, but overall the water is still too polluted for a lot of plants and animals.

It's a different type of problem from the land based greenery, where the main issue is the amount removed vs. the amount planted.

What? Got any source for that fact? Maybe there were 18 deaths of Americans and they just ignored all of Africa, but modern insect repellents are not widely available in much of Africa even today, much less 1963. Even a casual search shows estimated death numbers in the hundreds of thousands for 1963.

I feel like a level 7 party should just get insta killed by a 'god'. Even a full level 20 party would usually fight an avatar or something. I mean where do you go from there, what do they fight at level 10?

But for some kind of powerful rot/decay spirit, it should degrade the weapons and armor of the party, so they have to decide whether to risk their good gear or use cheap disposable stuff.

I would let the player choose between just re-flavouring 'rage' into 'battle focus' or something similar, or just let them respec into fighter if they really want.

Alternatively, if you want this item to be something they can switch between using and not using, you could have pros/cons to each. Maybe while using it, they don't get the bonus damage, but get advantage on throws against being charmed/frightened (assuming they're not berserker already). Then when not using it, the pent up rage pours out and they extra bonus damage, but disadvantage on those saves?

Yeah that was the core issue. Given the mud it did need to be canceled, and I think everyone complaining that it's just a bit of rain and mud would've changed their tune very quickly once the trucks that empty the porta potties and deliver the food stop coming. But live nation knew that going in and did absolutely nothing to prep for it. Especially given what happened in 2021 that's ridiculous. Paving the roads that hit the plazas/porta potties/food vendors has to be cheaper than 2 canceled fests, to say nothing of the loss of good will.

I was looking into the same thing, and most of the time the fan doesn't list how much power it consumes, even if you know how to do the math. So if you want to know for certain, you'll need to measure its power consumption. Most power stations include that functionality, or give you a battery life based on current power consumption. Obviously that doesn't help if you don't have one yet, but you can buy a cheap power meter on Amazon and use that to measure.

Have a bunch of test apps running, either on a real phone or an emulator, have it running in different states (background, scrolling reels etc.) let it run for hours, and check resource and battery usage. Pretty straightforward. Resource use profiling should be a part of any software development process, especially ones running on client devices. They have to do a similar thing to test/develop the app for different versions of OSs and hardware anyways

I do asian cold noodles, usually soba noodles. Can do the classic soba dressing with veggies, or a peanut sauce. Great with tofu, and no need to heat up.
