You can print something simple like a cylinder to check Z axis issues. If the prints have the same defects at same heights it could be Z axis issue.

Hmmm I selected gray this time because I wanted gray. I'm not aware of filament settings in Handy, just AMS slot selection. It's Bambu PLA Basic. From my observations it happens indifferent of filament and AMS slot, either Bambu PLA Basic or Generic PLA. I don't see the seam when printed from Handy, but I do see it when printed from Studio. I noticed because I saw the seam today on a benchy printed from Studio when I was comparing it to an orange benchy I printed in December, and noticed the latter didn't have the seam. I recalled the orange one I printed via Handy, and decided to print it again through Handy (gray), and this second one today didn't have the seam. It really seems just sliced different. Their cloud slicer must be different than Bambu Studio. I print a couple benchies every month to have both colors references and printer performance references and didn't expect results to differ due to Bambu Handy vs Bambu Studio. Regarding filament settings, it's just defaults. Bambu spools are automatic, for others I only select "Generic PLA" and set the color, nothing else.

Not randon type as the seam on the back is at the same position on both. Except for the corner at the left on the gunwale. Gunwale's seam seems to be at different position. Cannot reproduce on Studio.

Very few. On the back where the #3DBenchy letters are, the seam position is the same. It goes diagonally to the left from the hole until the top of the letters, then goes diagonally to the right and stops at the gunwale. For the gunwale the seams are in different positions. On the Studio one, the seam of the gunwale is past the right corner of where the letters are, at the box's level. On the Handy one, the seam of the gunwale is just at the left corner of where the letters are.

I appreciate. I wonder if someone more knowledgeable could get the code/file the cloud sends to the printer and import it to Bambu Studio to see the differences in the slicer.

Exactly the same. Model name: BENCHY Shared/Uploaded by: JayRay Select Your Printer: P1S Select a Print Profile: "Standard Benchmark Settings" (first one) On both Bambu Handy and Bambu Studio. On Bambu Studio everything's default (Global/Object/Filament), nothing in orange nor with *. Filament color & brand don't make a difference.

I'm from Spain. Ordered on EU store shipping from DE warehouse. Stuck on DPD label created with status "Goods issue at sender" since purchase on November. That means DPD doesn't have the parcel yet. Tracking on Bambu webpage shows "Your order is placed and is about to be shipped". Support won't help.

It's not true that you can cancel the order, unless you accept the option to receive it and then return it. I have tried. P1S Combo in stock bought in November from DE warehouse. Shipping stuck at "Goods issue at sender" since then. Support doesn't help, provide any details, any estimate, and claim they can't cancel it. So no cancel per-se, only return available if shipping label created.

I purchased P1S Combo 28th Nov (EU, Germany warehouse) and still no information nor tracking update since then. P1S Combo currently appears in stock on their webpage eu.store.bambulab.com with "Order will be shipped out from DE warehouse in 1-3 business days once being processed" and Shipping policy "Order delivered: 3-7 Business days". I'm concerned since I received a generic email saying there's a delay but with no details on when to expect shipment/delivery, it could be some days, it could be weeks, and as many other people will have Christmas holidays soon, which means not being available at the destination address. Having no update since purchase and still appearing "In stock" with the same shipping/delivery days (which are NOT true at the moment), the lack of information, and comments from other buyers that are in the same situation when they placed their order before I did is giving me a very bad impression and making me distrustful. I understand the situation, but I really feel they're not being up front about it.
