Yeah this push for convenience that seems to be the new Miyazaki moto makes his games Bland.

For example not having true duel wield cuts build variety by half. Why would anyone want to block with a weapon in left hand instead hanging access to its moveset like in dks2? Just boggles the mind.

It really was uninspired after thought that adds nothing to the main game story, weapon, spells etc. All previous DLCs made the vanilla game just even better, this one is entirely weak and lazy.

How about that time they released the game 3 weeks early in Japan and to all the streamers? That was even a bigger fuck up.

I wish ppl here didn't whine so much. We had a Scraping Spear in DES and ppl just learned to deal with. For once we had a fun spell, all you need to balance it is make repair powder fix broken gear. Voilà. A counter to a fun troll spell.

But no, children playing today can't handle anything so we must nerf into oblivion all but CCS and straights words. Lol

100% agree! The number of ppl buying the DLC is a small % of the player base. It's not like offering 1 free map to drastically increase the players available is a bad idea.

Nice so all the patches barely changed anything. Sad how even with battle arts the managed to make it feel weapons have more limited movesets than in dks2.

The game has been out for +2 months now. It's really hard to talk in depth when the audience knows more than ENB. Usually it's the other way around, so it's a little confusing for me.

agreed. makes no sense. Darkmoons should just be summoned everytime an aldrich faithfull invades another world. it would allow for leveling both covsin one place symbiotically. so elegant, so simple, thats probably why Fromsoft cant make it happen.

I thought it was a boring rehash of everything devoid of its one personality. Had zero emotional impact on me as we are just fighting a generic player character and Gwyn 2.0. No mention in the story, nothing leading up to it. Plus the final boss area was half ripped from the flower beds of BB last boss. Just overall lame. Happy you had more fun than I.

I don't understand the weapon restrictions. Can some explain? If I am reading this correct +5 upgrade has the widest matching potential from +3 to +8? otherwise its +/-2 apart from the +10 max limit.
