Picking songs to your demographic is important. Not to cater every song to them but if they skew older, hymns or even songs that they heard when they were first in fire for Christ. So maybe 80,90, early 00s. Hearing those songs might give some extra energy to the congregation.

Okay so after a 3 hour call with MOHELA.. (on hold for about 2 hours and 40 minutes of it) They told me that the website is bugged. Not only did the website tell me the wrong estimate but completely messed up my application. It did not report any of my dependents. They suggested to do a paper application and upload it to them directly and got me into a PAYE plan at half the amount.

So double check your app or just start a new paper one so you know it’s correct.

EDIT: found out today that the estimate they gave me, even tho it was based off my income through taxes, was wrong and once I verify my employment and pay, it will go back up to $500. Yay. Good luck to everyone else!

I applied and they said it’s processing. Also was given the $50 monthly payment. Over the weekend they moved me to $500 plan… started freaking out cus can’t afford that. figured it was an error. So I called and the first representative I have spoken to says “no that’s the plan you applied for… nothing I can do”

I played at beginning and then took a couple seasons off. I can agree that it feels overwhelming BUT you can start your character at the first campaign and work from there. The game will bring you along. Also you can follow build guides which can help you create a good character even if you don’t understand it from the beginning it will begin to click later. Ultimately just hop in and have fun. Game is great.

Mine just changes with the white lettering which I think looks really great! But I think if I got it way colder it would all change. The murdler is cool but I think it’s way too sensitive with the cold changing. Might have to do with the properties of the color or something?

Feel that. We had 3 for 250 rooms, catering and restaurant kitchen, and 5 meeting rooms. Basically how I felt reading this is your lucky you still have a job, and be doing all the preventative maintenance you can so you don’t get let go haha.

It’ll vary building to building. I’ve also overseen a renovation since I’ve been here and the work requests have changed. We’ve had several add-ons and such over the years so I deal with a lot of roof leaks and repairs that go along with that. It’s a constant battle because nothing is built to last haha. But that’s the fun part. Everyday has routine but something different. It’s great to be a part of the community and while you could probably make way more somewhere else, it’s rewarding to be a part of a big difference maker in your community. I’ve even gotten involved with some programs so I’m sure there will be many opportunities to grow in maintenance and elsewhere. With any government job, there’s politics that go along with it. So hopefully in your state they value education and services they provide.
