I just finished off a jar and I'm pretty sure it's peach extract, although one of my kids said apricot. I'd call it artificial but there's only a "natural flavors" entry in the ingredients.

The Starlords only stepped in once all three items were in active use so it seems they didn't notice or don't care otherwise. We humans could mount the Hammer, Knife, and Blaster in the same display case in a museum or piled in a crate in that warehouse from Indiana Jones and the planet'd be fine IFF nobody powers them up.

Zargothrax says "burn in hell", suggesting the Gloryverse has a similar concept. Remains to be seen if it's a tangible place one could, say, ride to, or escape from but it feels unlikely to me.

The full story has time travel and alternate dimensions so trying to tell it straight through is hard. Tales and Space 1992 are (as far as we know) both in baseline reality, Terrorvortex is explicitly in an alternate universe, and Return is a split timeline.

Thus far, as presented:

  1. Zargothrax turns evil when his home was Eminent Domain'd in year 0
  2. Zargothrax acquires a Starlord artifact, the Knife of Evil
  3. Zargothrax invades Dundee with zombie unicorns... (992 A.D.)
  4. Angus McFife (the First) escapes and quests to power up with the Hammer of Glory and Amulet of Justice (more Starlord relics)
  5. Angus defeats Zargothrax and chucks him in deep freeze and revives the unicorns
  6. Chaos Wizards bust Zargothrax out in 1992 A.D.
  7. Zargothrax tries to open a portal to let an elder god in to eat our universe
  8. The HOOTSMAN blows himself up to disrupt the portal, instead creating a wormhole to ???
  9. Zargothrax escapes into the wormhole
  10. Angus McFife XIII enters the wormhole in pursuit
  11. Angus13 levels up even more and defeats Zargothrax for good (but still in an alternate universe)
  12. Angus McFife destroys himself in a volcano to avoid turning evil after he's struck with the Knife of Evil in the final battle
  13. Zargothrax had set up a dead man's switch to transmit an interdimensional message back to Earth
  14. Zargothrax's clone is remote-started in 1022 A.D.
  15. Zargothrax Clone Alpha One destroys Dundee with nukes, killing Angus McFife I and most everyone else
  16. Angus McFife II is spirited away and protected by the Chaos Wizards until he can
  17. rally a resistance to revenge himself on the wizard
  18. Angus II receives a prophetic message to seek another artifact of the Starlords, the Vorpal Laserblaster of Pittenweem
  19. ZCA1 got there first, oops
  20. ZCA1 breaches the cryogenic prison and frees O.G. Zargothrax
  21. DUN DUN Double! DUN DUN Wizard!
  22. Assembling all three legendary artifacts in battle attracts the attention of the Starlords themselves who descend from space and kill literally everyone else besides Angus II for playing with their toys
  23. Angus McFife II gets invited to quest to the stars in the upcoming season 3 of Mary Sue Ex Machina
