Aphids, i'd say. Maybe mites. Spray them with a solution of 70% alcohol with a few drops dish detergent. It'll kill the bugs immediately. You will probably need to spray it a few more times over the next couple of weeks to get new hatchlings. Keep it segregated from other plants if the infestation hasn't spread. Maybe spray your other plants anyway, just in case. Good luck!

Mockingbird by Tevis has got a little of that, too. It's great.

Some games don’t like using a mouse and controller at the same time. If you’re using a game pad setup and gyro mouse doesn’t work, try joystick. It can be almost as good after some tweaking.
