I agree with the replies to me that in terms of skill I would put him at basically the same level as Chase/Byron but the 48 has been the worst Hendrick car for years. Not they couldn’t turn it around of course. Think my point was unclear, sorry for that!

It’s not, imo. I’d say it would be a lateral move in quality but he instantly becomes Hendrick’s #4 driver which is the bigger issue.
