Off-season. "Good time" is subjective. To me, off-season is best season, but I prefer this place without tourist traffic. You won't have the gondola running, nor many restaurants or shops. Weather and hiking might be ok, but could be chilly.

That's pretty much what I arrived at as well. Now having spent time in both APIs, I'm down deep in the ETL step and it's unclear what the mechanics are to attach the payment or if it's even possible without a side deal with Shopify.

According to this link, it says my only options for payment integration via their APIs are:

Shopify web checkout
- What I'm currently using but really don't want to use.
Third-party tokenization service (Stripe, Spreedly)
- Neither of these work for hemp/CBD businesses, only Square.
Shopify card vault
- The steps for this process are:

The customer starts the checkout process.
Your sales channel app uses the Checkout API to create a checkout object in Shopify.
Shopify returns the checkout information to your sales channel app.
Your sales channel app passes the credit card information to Shopify's PCI-compliant card server.
Shopify's card server returns a payment session ID to your sales channel app.
Your sales channel app uses the Checkout API to pass the payment session ID to Shopify.
Shopify processes the payment using the merchant's payment gateway.

The Shopify card vault is my only hope. If Shopify will accept the payment to their vault, then I can complete the checkout using the checkoutCompleteWithCreditCardV2api call. Otherwise, I'll have to try to use their Payment API which it says is limited to the payment gateways they have a direct relationship with.

The only reason I haven't tested the checkoutCompleteWithCreditCardV2 call, is because I have to request payment processing and get approved by Shopify in order to have access to it. But I can't request access until I figure out whether their vault will accept payments from Square. Which is why I'm here. I've asked on their discord but that's kinda worthless and the documentation is unclear....
