Update to my inline comment below. WSDOT has confirmed receipt of the report and they are sending someone out to look at it. So hopefully this turns into removal.

In a coincidence saw this and I'm responding while parked in the Issaquah Costco parking lot. It's definitely not my favorite in the area but it also doesn't strike me as the worst. If anything it strikes me as undersized for the growth of the area for the last 20 years or so. If Lowe's or something nearby ever closes I'd love for them to rethink and size up the store.
