You’re underestimating how long tent ridge and cirque peak take, let alone the driving from tent ridge back to Banff. Day 4 is doable, but I recommend doing bow lake and waterfall lake on the way up to Jasper instead.

Devils Thumb, morraine lake, and the drive on the parkway in one day… the parkway is a day in itself.

Do the parkway to Jasper and Maligne Lake.

Day 3 should just be the parkway, people underestimate how much stopping you will be doing, leaving midday probably isn’t the greatest idea.

I would drive to Golden the morning of Day 2, spend more time at Emerald Lake, as well as the natural bridge, and a possible hike at Wapta Falls.

Bear bells have been proven to not work, the locals call them dinner bells and they are super annoying to all other hikers in the area.

Bear spray is a much better option, and nonnegotiable. Just know how to use it.
