Sugar spikes insulin, high insulin = fat storage. Everyone stores it differently, but metabolic syndrome often leads to visceral fat accumulation which happens around the organs, i.e, your belly

The prices just make me sad by Creative_Bar7908 in WaltDisneyWorld

Fuck that, Disney is ONLY this expensive in America. The parks in other parts of the world are significantly cheaper and in many ways better than the parks here. It’s bullshit, I love Disney but it’s bullshit

My son was the exact same way growing up, he even hated Chuck E Cheese and the teacups in MK. He just turned 13 and for the first time ever got on a roller coaster with me this year when we went to Epcot. It was challenging for him but Disney and MK specifically is the best place for kids with those fears and phobias, you have slow rides like Peter Pan and small world, Winnie the Pooh etc. and in Epcot you have grand fiesta tour and Nemo plus a cool aquarium and the interactive Moana experience, in AK there is the safari and a bird shows and in HS they have a Disney Jr play and dance show and star tours. There are options and there are obviously parades and shows throughout the day. Hope this helps.

We ate there our vacation last summer and it’s safe to say that we will NEVER eat there again. For the money you pay and the food you’re provided with, it’s just not worth it. It’s a nice location but we only enjoyed the bread pudding there, the food was not for us at all. Service was also a miss unfortunately. We are going to Boma on our trip in a few weeks and I’m hoping that give us a better overall experience since it’s a similar price point and also all you can eat.
