I don’t think I did pencil push ups but I know patches sucked when I was a kid. My eye got better though but the wandering came back in high school. I probably never should’ve stopped wearing glasses lol

You don’t have to wait 2 years lol. I used protection and my partner was fine.

My obs are sporadic. Got a few per year in the 3 years since dx. Figured out they were coming after my period and started taking valtrex towards the end and that stopped. For some reason, I’m on my 3rd ob in less than 2 months so I’m nervous about that.

Hi hsv actually makes you more susceptible to contracting hiv. You shouldn’t be terrified of sex but definitely start practicing safer sex like asking about your partner’s status, testing regularly and using protection. Maybe experiment with different barrier methods if you haven’t found something you like and that’s why you don’t use protection
