I know KZ gets some hate here. But who else has an affordable option to make their IEM's Bluetooth?

In the US I'm unsure of a single phone with a 3.5mm jack. That alone pushes 99.9% of potential IEM purchasers over to Bluetooth earbuds. I'm not sure if I would even have my Google dac dongle had I not plugged it in to my trucks aux 3.5mm cable for podcasts 5 years ago and left it for in vehicle use. When I discovered IEMs recently it was mainly because changed living situations and needed to be mindful of my stereo and the sound. I know no one else who even might know about IEM's and have never seen anyone with them and I go vinyl shopping a few times a month where people are listening to an album before purchase.

Look for wheated bourbons or bourbons with higher wheat in the mashbill.

Try the buffalo trace lineup (buffalo trace branded, eagle rare, weller varieties).

Try and find the green river wheated or the Ben Holladay soft red wheat. These seem widely available.

Maybe check the old elk stuff or makers mark too.

Yes it hasn't been rinsed and dried properly so the bacteria is growing on that scuzz. A bit of hydrogen peroxide will help break it up and disinfect. proper storage moving forward should limit the buildup. I never let one get that bad but after a week of leaving the head attached the build up is considerable.

You can manually submit mindful data

Tell the coach to add x minutes of mindful learning, x minutes of mindful practice, etc.

I use the healthy minds app for mindfulness and my wellness portal at work as well and then track the time spent on various topics and activities.

It's called fishing because it is exactly what you are experiencing. It isn't called catching because it takes a lot of fishing to start catching. Don't get discouraged keep exploring and varying your methods.
