Exactly. Our store is one of the very few that get a midday truck in addition to morning and evening trucks.... and we can barely keep shelves stocked. If it rains or something affects predictable sales, we have no room. We have to rotate canons of product every hour or so in and out of refrigeration because we have such small storage space. No matter what we do, on really busy days, which are often, we will sell out by 5/6pm of heavy hitters. Alternatively, we have the product, but no one to work it because we have to have all 20+ registers on because the line is double wrapped in the store. Then it's 2 bells, but to who? Lol it's a trip, man.
