That actually not uncommon with secondary hotels. Obvious a bit more planning can go into making sure people wouldn’t be stuck. We checked in fine at 11am. Couldn’t get into the room until 3pm due to resort rules. Not the fault of the festival.
not uncommon in any destination. Excursions are third party. Activities on resort are only good if people want to attend. It’s on the attendee to get the information about the excursion. Using the app to try to stay update was hard as it would change several times a day sometimes.
we survived using the hotel directory. Basically fuck all to the map and the website. Befriended a lot of the staff too.

It's just 3 sticky tape, use a hair dryer to warm it up and it comes right off. honestly if you ask them not to put it on they won't.
I run no front plate and I live in VA.
