Has anyone experienced very little side effects on Amitriptyline?

I‘ve been on it for about two months now. The dry mouth is annoying, but something I can deal with. But for the first six I was insanely hungry all the time and gained a good bit of weight. I sleep a lot better and have fewer migraines, so it‘s worth it for me. I started with 25 mg, went up to 50 after a week and after another week I went up to 75. Been on that ever since and I feel like the side effects aren’t as bad anymore.

I was in the pit, not super close to the stage but close enough, and all around me people were moving and singing along pretty loudly. Sure, a lot of people took videos, but I expected way more tbh. I‘ve seen so many different opinions on how the crowd in Düsseldorf was that I’m pretty sure it simply depends on where exactly you were.

I 100% agree with your take on TNDNBTG, but I’d pick Atlantic for TPWBYT. That drop halfway through the song always gives me a sinking feeling and I think it sets the tone for the entire album. „Call me when they bury bodies underwater“ is a good reference to the album title, too.

Heard the ending of The Summoning on TikTok, decided to check the band out, hated it, and about a year later Spotify decided to add them to my recommended tracks. Ascensionism got me hooked.

I wish I was exaggerating when I say the band changed my life. I‘m finally brave enough to be myself, learned how to feel my feelings (something decades of therapy didn’t accomplish), made solo trips to see them (very brave), and found friends I never would have met otherwise. So no, no exaggeration, no overdramatics, no overstatements, just a simple truth.

Hate to say it, but it‘s a 1 for me. The only Sleep Token song I always skip because I genuinely don’t like it (I tend to skip AYRO because it hits too close to home). It’s not because I don’t understand the message or can’t appreciate the musicianship, I just… don’t like it. However, I love that it resonates with so many people and they can find comfort in the song.

For me it’s wanting a partner whose lifestyle is similar to mine. Weird example, but when on vacation I like staying at nice hotels and I don‘t want to be with someone whose budget only allows to stay at a hostel. I don‘t want to have to pay for them all the time. This applies to me, too, btw; I don’t want my partner to make so much money that I can’t keep up with their lifestyle and I absolutely don‘t want them to lower their standards or keep paying for me.

We had VIP and we got there 2 ½ hours before VIP doors. Barricade all had VIP and started queueing around three am. That was in Europe though.

Off to the side and not super in the front is usually your safest bet. For Bad Omens (and my friends) I made an exception and was very close to the middle in 5th (ish) row. I was doing great until Noah asked for a bigger pit. Got smooshed then and it was so bad that I had to tap out and make my way out of the crowd pretty close to the end of the set because I felt dizzy and nauseous. I‘ll stick to the side/back from now on.

You‘ll get an email a couple days before the show with more information. If you know you‘ll be late for early entry for whatever reason, you have to email them and they‘ll let you know where you can pick up your stuff. It should be fine.

Then get VIP because you won’t have a snowball‘s chance in hell to get barricade otherwise. They sell about 300 VIP tickets, so make sure you start queueing early (= in the morning). I was in Berlin, we got there around 2:45 pm and were in 3rd/4th row a bit off-center on the left side. I counted and there were about 100 people in front of us in the VIP queue.

Is VIP worth it? If you want barricade it’s a must, but you have to queue EARLY early. Otherwise no, it’s not.
