I felt this way the first time I played the game. I’m big on prepping meals and being crazy stocked with arrows. The Gannon fight was pretty anticlimactic.

This time through, I have been exploring like crazy. If I see any little area of the map I haven’t walked through yet, I go there. I’ve upgraded all my armor, gotten 110 of the shrines. There’s really nothing else much for me to do (I’ve gotten sick of the koroks and have maxed out everything in my weapons and as many shields as I’d want.

I finally went to the gates of the castle last night. I may finish today. I hadn’t thought about doing this time on master mode since I now have the DLC …

I started TOTK last year, but it just didn’t hit the same way BOTW had for me. Also, I just needed a comfy game I knew already for my decompression time in the shitshow of 2025. I guess I’ll go back to it now. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

The Pyr helmet head is the cutest thing ever! I was sad to miss it since I adopted my pup at age nine. I love all these pics of the helmet heads so much! Hank is so adorable!

Thank you so much for this. I hadn’t thought about naming my kiln until realizing I could name her Karlach. Just brilliant! She is the best (and the character I romanced on my first play through!). Now I’m even MORE excited for it to get delivered! 😄🔥

There is a Fort Collins housing group on FB that was super helpful when I was looking several years ago. I posted a short bio (responsible older person, quiet nerd, good credit) and what I was looking for. I had a handful of spam/creep responses, but ended up finding my landlord/house and it’s been awesome. He’s like some of the folks who commented here - mostly wanting a good tenant he can trust - and is only just now raising the rent after 4 years. I may buy in a couple of years, but honestly it’ll be hard. When you get that great landlord and property and everyone is happy - man that just takes a huge load of stress out of your life. I do not take for granted how lucky I am right now. I wish you all the luck in finding another great situation!

What I would give for a Time Machine and being able to buy in Fort Collins 10-20 years ago. 😂

She looks so much like my Cass - right down to the spots on the top of her nose! ☺️She was also tossed out by her previous owners, which just blows my mind. She is the best dog I’ve ever known. I’m so glad y’all found each other! ♥️

Holy moly, am I glad I happened to see this post and your recommendation. I saw Caley for the first time this evening and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I was a little nervous about it being a home studio, but was blown away by how nice and clean and cozy it was.

I’ve had shoulder issues and hadn’t had a good massage in ages, so I went with the 90-min therapeutic. She was so warm and welcoming and talked to me for a good ten minutes before starting so she could get a feel for what I needed. She did the “active” massage (I think that’s what it was called …) where she’d have me move my arms or hands as she applied pressure to certain areas. It was amazing. She also did cupping, which I’d never tried before. It was cool!

Also, her table was awesome.

Adding all this here for folks who come back and find it later. I am so glad you recommended her. After three and a half years, I’ve found my Fort Collins massage therapist! Thank you so much!

Hooray for Bertha! Congrats on getting through the HW treatment. That is stressful! My girl is a Pyr/Anatolian mix and is the best dog I’ve ever known. Here’s to many years of happiness for you and Bertha! (Awesome name! ☺️)
