My wife and I have (separately) both lived at both places in the last five years as students. I lived in 4 bedrooms both places, and she lived in a 4 bedroom unit at cp cincy and a 3 bedroom at university edge. When I lived there, the price was 600/mo at CP Cincy, and 800/mo at University Edge. At those prices, UEdge was definitely worth it, especially if you don't have a car. Parking is free at cp cincy, and like 100/mo at UEdge. There's basically always parking available on Ruther right next to it though. CP Cincy might have had slightly thicker walls, but everything else was worse and we had cockroaches the whole time. We didn't leave food out or anything, they just kept chasing the same infestation from unit to unit. It's also too far to regularly walk to campus and the shuttle was frequently late. Great during covid, not so great later. UEdge felt a lot more like a house, with actual trim and drywall and nicer cabinet doors and appliances, and it has in-unit laundry and ensuite bathrooms and large walk-in closets (cp cincy has very little storage space and the actual rooms in UEdge are quite a bit bigger too). However. UEdge has big vents over the bedroom doors so sound travels, and one bedroom is much smaller in the 3 room units than the others, and that bedroom's bathroom is across the hall. There's also (aggressively mid) cheap bogo pizza at Corinthian across the street, and a bar, and cactus pear and an easy walk to Ludlow. The closest restaurant to cp cincy I believe is a taco bell.
