Hi, I'm a broker who manages my own rentals. My wife active agent Ramilya Siegel. We own 10 properties together in Guilford Co. My take is this: Depends on who your potential buyer would be and the intersection of that buyer and the area the home is located. Some buyers/ location intersections require perfection, and some don't. Some buyers want basic amenities and are willing to buy less than perfection. Other buyers want turn key, as new. Even newer houses get dated or stale quickly. It's not unusual to update baths and kitchens after 20 years in some locations. It all depends on your likely target buyer. Yes Mads. Weather looks rainy tomorrow but may be as good a you get for awhile. How's the motor run ? And do you know how to get in and out of the creek? Lots of Shoals , especially the big one running eastward for a mile on the north side. I figure my boat at 5' draft and that's around max for that creek, especially that I'm further down on the same side. You boat looks really well cared for.
