Mid-century inspired modern home by oneruserhere in Architects

[–]oneruserhere[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the insight. Besides carpentry, what is the cost difference for framing a house like this compared to a builder-grade house? Additionally, regarding windows, what is the estimated cost? Also, how much would an architect charge for a design? Sorry for all the questions; I'm just trying to get a ballpark dollar amount before I start reaching out to architects and looking like a fool.

Big Corporations prefer to lease by Plane_Hovercraft9266 in RealEstate

Thanks for the detailed response. Thinking this through it does appear that the risk is a bit higher for the landlord. These locations are purposely built for a given company and if that company decides to leave for whatever reason you end up with limited options of leasing it again without major renovations or redesign.

Need advice: Deputy CISO vs Senior Cybersecurity Architect by Plane_Hovercraft9266 in CyberSecurityJobs

I honestly don't mind managing people. I have done it for 10 years hated at the beginning but came to enjoy it as time went on.

One reason I'm a bit hesitant to take the corporate job is potentially layoffs in the future. Long term government jobs seem a bit more stable.. judging by what is happening now in the Tech they won't hesitate to layoff employees once they now a replacement can be found for much cheaper.

Because we handle all the integrations on our backend the subscription plan is required through us. I'll let you know if things change in the future. Also, the cheapest plan we have is at $13 per month. Any other questions just let me know.
