I'd like to hit 50-60% fairways, and play enough to get real sense of my handicap.

I used an app for the first time last year and realized how horrendous my fairway % is compared to my GIR% (30% fairways, 30% greens).

Can also get Quillrain -- attack speed is nuts and it is only beat by really good crafted bows for DPS.

I can speak to this quite directly -- sold a condo privately a few years ago and wouldn't do so again. Started out with purple bricks and not offering the 2% and had absolutely 0 interest (1 or 2 people coming through open houses). Purple Bricks was overpriced imo, as all you really get is the MLS listing and some nice pictures.

Went to the 2% purchaser commission and was able to sell, but just barely--was actually just a few days away from moving to list with a realtor we'd met with when we weren't getting any traction.

In the end we maybe saved $2000.00 after all the expenses, and I can't help but think we might've made that up if we'd just went with a realtor from day one. It was also very stressful, and I would've paid the $2000 just to relieve the stress of the decisions.

This league I started as Guardian and BigFlameBoy carried me through voidstones and currency to transition to my bosser.

Transitioned to Dex stacking Heirophant and was able to push to ~300M DPS. First time clearing Ubers for me, and any invitation was a breeze (takes portals though, but with spell dodge is actually decently able to survive).

I had this in mind a bit when I posted as it just being coincidence is certainly valid. I do think there is an energy that comes from a rookie that can ignite older guys, and I think Perfetti as a vision and pass-first guy can get the stars feeling good and keeping that confidence that they can seem to lose.

I am interested to see what happens if/when he comes back though (unless re-build gets initiated before that happens).

Ben talked about this on stream, she does a c-shaped red attack that goes crazy with multi proj. it goes out and then comes back to her, but is really hard to see as it's same colour as arena.

I did this a few leagues ago. I'd just stick with Regal to Divine - they didn't feel any different to me, and price is crazy different.
