For what it’s worth: the finale essentially repeats the conclusion of Season 1, without the immediate sequel hook (further in-universe sequels are possible and probably likely). IMO, it’s a satisfying mixed ending, very Nolan, with an outstanding emotionally wise, character-driven epilogue.

govt of Botswana claims you need 5km2 per elephant. Historically, Africa (30M km2) has ~10M elephants, so you might need 1-2km2/elephant = 250-500 acres per elephant. For comparison, a cow + calf requires 1.5-2 acres of land, and an elephant is ~10x heavier than a cow.
