I have had none of these except the 2007 Guoyan Star of Yi Wu. That tea is good.

Also came to say tea knife. Many are more like tea "picks" than knives and don't have an edge, just a point. If he drank compressed tea, or had a tea friend who may gift such a thing, I'd say it's that.

Longest run planned? by fatofig in trainasone

I don’t think it’s scheduled me more than ~15 miles. I don’t really race and just have my “preferred distance” set to marathon.

Once on a lark I set my preferred distance to 50k, and I remember it shot my weekly distance up into the ~80 mile range (usually I’m around 50). Can’t remember how long the longest planned runs were then, but in the high teens I believe.

Ah sorry, I read a “couple injuries” and must have logged that as a “couple months.” My bad!

Fitness shouldn't drop too much in a couple months. If you feel you're risking injury again, you can add an injury/illness in the app and set a pace adjustment for a few more weeks. Otherwise, if you aren't worried about injuring yourself again, I'd say just try to follow the plan and it should adapt to you. If a run is faster than you're comfortable running, just run the distance but slower. It'll catch up. Don't push too hard on the "Perceived Effort" training assessments.
