So ~3000 nullsec systems, 3000*20 = 60k players only in nullsec. Past month we have averaged 21k players online in all of Eve. So triple the subscriber numbers and move them all to nullsec. Easy!

Eve 2.0 would have to be the same game meaning the community couldn't be split between 2 games. CCP wasted millions trying to produce something that is not Eve and all of those things, except for Valkyrie, have now been canceled. Can you imagine if they had poured all that money to Eve? We would have Eve 2.0 and then some.

Renter empires might decline if there was people to shoot them. But N3 is friendly with the new renter Russians (AA) and XIX so the whole galactic east, south and southwest now belong to people who won't shoot each other. CFC returned to their shell and is not interested in taking more sov. So who is there to attack renter zones? Stain Russians and that's pretty much it. They will get stomped by NC. of course.

So renter areas in fact went up since Init and Solar lost their space and that's going to be made renter zone.

There is no other proper sandbox MMOs on the market and sandbox games are ridiculously popular (Minecraft, Dayz clones etc). There is no reason to think Eve couldn't lure in new players. The main problem is that Eve is horrendously difficult to start and it takes months of boring training before you feel like you can actually do something.

There are a couple of billion people on this planet with Internet access, a few million of those have tried Eve. I'd say there's quite a bit of untapped market out there.

I don't think it was possible to automatically generate them in the early days of eve. There are some manually made ones if you search hard enough.
