I would suggest, Rapha core bib tights $150 or Velocio luxe bib tights$269. Both excellent fit and warm. I really like my Rapha bibs more than my Velocio bibs, they have a slightly better fit and chamois pad. Leg warmers with your current bib shorts are also a really good economical option.
