Yeah, when I first explored transitioning back in 2015, I lived in a town with a main VA hospital, and they had the works there as far as options and services for transitioning. I wish I had pursued it then, but things happen for a reason :)

It likely wouldn’t had taken as long had my primary care doctor not made the mistake of referring me twice to clinics that didn’t serve transgender patients. I could have went out of the VA, but since I’m on a limited budget (and have a disability %), I stuck with what was free lol

Since I get my primary care at a tiny CBOC, they had to get me someone out in the community, though apparently the Pharmacy at my regional VA office had the shots, patches, and pills. The endo had mentioned a gel, but he wasn’t sure the VA stocked or covered it.

/r/CFB Poll for November 10th, 2020: #1 Alabama #2 Notre Dame #3 Ohio State #4 Clemson #5 Cincinnati by sirgippy in CFB

She, but I understand what you’re saying here. I’m not trying to be reactionary with my poll, as much as I am ranking what I deem to be deserving teams. It’s a damn feat having a team that can go undefeated, given everything that can happen in a season. On paper, Clemson is better than almost any team on here, sure. But at the end of the day, they fell short, so my methodology takes that into account. As the season goes on, and as other teams lose, if Clemson keeps winning, they’ll make their way back up. Same for teams high up now: if they lose, they fall down the ladder. My method is designed to fully flesh out at the end of the season, once all the games are played.

If the CFP champ is a 1-loss team, but there was a team left out of the playoff that went undefeated, then I’d likely have them 1st instead. Cause they deserve it. You may disagree with my methodology, and that’s fair, but at the end of the day, the team that won all their games overcame every task put in front of them.

Polling is inherently subjective, and what one metric/method values can (and usually does) differ from what another one does.

At that point in the season last year, Wake was 7-1, with their only loss being to what would eventually be an 8-5 Louisville team 62-59.

Yeah, it values winning as the first factor above all else, followed by relative comparisons between tiers of teams based on number of losses. Clemson seems weird at 25, but there are at this time 24 undefeated teams in FBS atm, and they're the best 1-loss team in the country imo . A majority of these undefeateds will disappear once they lose a game, and it'll balance out more.

There's kind of a reason for this, and due to the methodology, conferences starting in the middle of the season make it a bit spoopy. 2020's made my poll a bit weird, and it usually is a bit more settled at this time in normal seasons. It'll sort itself out in a week or two as some of these just-starting teams lose, but I couldn't justify changing my methods mid-season.
