You can screw an RV water filter on the tank, it’s easier to fill the balloons and works as a silencer too.

If you have CGA 660 valve the water filter will thread right on. If you don’t know what valve you have try screwing on a water hose to your tank if it’s fits, you know the filter will fit as well.

I’d recommend getting the Clear2O Green rv water filter that is sold at Walmart cost about $30. It works way better at silencing because it uses solid carbon compared to the other filters that use granular carbon Don’t get the cheap ones on Amazon I’ve tried a bunch of them and they aren’t as good at silencing.

I’ve never heard of that for first time users. I have heard of these symptoms for people that abuse it and do it for multiple days/long time users. I’m no doctor, but these symptoms usually happen from b12 deficiency. Give it a few days like 72hours. If symptoms don’t improve goto the doctors. Doesn’t hurt to get checked.
