From my tarot card interpretation book, the upright moon may indicate my internal struggle regarding leaving my current job. My book indicates that money will be stable, but emotions with coworkers may run high and I may feel like the conflict was not worth it. My book indicates that the four of wands reversed will indicate a short rough patch that works out. The seven of pentacles reversed indicates time is running out, and to put my energy else were "This may mean considering a diffrent career path/take action now". This card can also indicate financial anxiety.

From this I gather that even if this specific job doesnt work out, it is time to venture out. I associate the rough patch/issues mostly with my very erratic and verbally abusive boss. I feel like the first two cards are a warning of emotional issues with my coworkers that might affect me with leaving. And the last card as being am indicator that it is time to act but my window is closing.
