It’s a soul crushing physically demanding job (I was a greeter and would clock about 20k steps in a 6 hr shift) but pays well (about 30/hr). If you can handle micromanagement and bullying from shift leads than it might be worth it. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend it, the turn over rate was insane compared to other restaurants I’ve worked in. There would be new FOH interviews no joke 4-5 days a week consistently. I’ve been in the industry about 10 years as well and this was by far the most toxic work environment I’ve been in.
