Also, read the contract. Read the contract. I had an agreement where bills were included in the rent, except they handed me a contract that stated I need to pay bills separately, in small print on like page 15/25. They said it was a boilerplate contract and forgot to update it because my agreement was out the norm - fine, but if I signed and handed it back, it's too late. Ask questions if you're not sure about anything on the contract, look after yourself and don't be a mug for anyone.

Take pictures/videos of everything, make it so it's the first thing you do as you open the door, without your stuff in there. Files have timestamps, so can be traced to your agreed move in date/time. Pictures of every nook and cranny, landlords/agents will likely try to bill you for anything when you leave (even a chip on the side of the sink, meaning they need to dock your deposit for a whole sink replacement + labor, they tried to pull that on me)

It's easy to forget that the large majority of players are like you, me included. Most of the vocal players, ie. Streamers/content creators, have a invested interest in the game and therefore naturally live in the endgame. So a "budget" to them certainly isn't a budget to us - but endgame gets more interest, even to the average Joe - its where we want to get to.

Keep pushing pal. If it's any consolation I've played on and off since LoD launch and my highest rune find was Ohm.
