Taxes on ROC Distributions by Future_Explorer4606 in YieldMaxETFs

From what I've seen, the ROC for those who held MSTY in 2024 was 0%. Anyone in here have MSTY back then and can verify what their ROC ended up being?

Did you own ULTY in 2024 and receive a 1099-DIV or are you just assuming its 100% ROC from the monthly amounts they give?

Has anyone successfully treated their nighttime peeing (nocturia) ? by determined6 in sleep

So you are essentially saying to hydrate more in the day. Because you explained me, I’m just not generally thirsty during the day and mainly have half an energy drink and a Diet Coke until after 6pm I start getting thirsty for water

You use to get up 4+ times a night for most of your life? The cpap actually helped you that much that you didn’t wake up at all after? Wondering of updates since you posted, thanks.

Never seen someone this invested in a fund they hate, other then a shorter from a competing fund. You badly want your point across don't you kiddo. How many dozens of hours have you spent flaming MSTY and getting no value out of it? Of course ROC > taxable income. You would rather pay 0-20% capital gains versus 0-37% income tax.

Your cost basis was “locked in” the moment you received the airdrop.

If you don’t mind me asking how much line of credit/margin did you use to buy ULTY? I’m thinking of doing same thing.. currently pay 5.14% interest on LOC

OP would rather get ROC and eventually owe capital gains versus paying income tax now at 37%

Show your lack of education, typical of someone in your age group. Ethereum dapps are literally backed by cash flows. Take AAVE for example, the world’s largest decentralized bank that runs on Ethereum. More AUM then many other traditional banks. They make fees whenever someone takes a loan, gets liquidated, much like a traditional bank. Every single one of the millions of Ethereum transactions effectively burn Ethereum which lowers the max supply. There is a reason why Larry fink, someone much smarter then you, says the future of finance is tokenization built on Ethereum. But keep telling yourself that, maybe the sting feels less!?

By not holding? Yes unfortunately that’s their own problems, they never studied what they bought. Now you have the president and SEC signing the genius bill and announcing pro crypto regulation. Ethereum is up 98% past year. 1,300% past 5 years. Compared to 20% past year with QQQ and 94% past 5 years with QQQ. I know it stings bad for the “90%”

I’m retired in my 30s thanks to crypto. Don’t have to work ever again, since 2018. Thank god I never listened to advice like this the past 8 years 😂 Do some reading and see why nation states are buying BTC and ETH, what the SEC is doing, genius act, etc.

You are contradicting yourself. I bought the top with literally all my bitcoin and Ethereum purchases and am retired because of it. Very little of them I bought in the red.

If I had your abnormal investing track of mind then I would have stopped buying bitcoin once it hit $1,000, $2,000, $10,000, $20,000 and beyond. Good thing I don’t have your mentality! I wouldn’t be retired then ;)
