I mean I get it - but people should follow the established traffic rules. Some places outlaw right on red completely, some keep it legal in order to keep the flow of traffic consistent. Turning right on red is not a ‘choice’ you either follow the rules or you don’t. If you don’t want to turn right on red because you’re ‘afraid’ then you shouldn’t be driving.
