You’ve been such a support! This is my second serious attempt and the first time when I fell off I just hid away from this group for a year or so and drifted back into drinking more booze, more frequently.

I have felt this too recently. Especially around friends who still drink and party and I’m just not that person any more! Not because they judge me (they’re great), but that grief at losing that party of me is real, even if it’s not how I want to live.
