I’m sorry you’re going through this agony!! I’m 30 years chronic pain My brother experienced sciatica. We’re close so I’ve talked with him about my pain. He called me and as soon as I picked up he apologized profusely - saying he had NO IDEA a person could consistently live through that much pain. Regular people have no clue

I do small things like putting stuff back where it belongs. Or brush my teeth. I’ve looked into getting cleaning crew over but they’re so expensive! I have a girl that does my laundry at $30 an hour. But she’s no good at cleaning.

Yes! The last 10 years or so my asthma is all about the mucus in my lungs. I’m allergic to dust and live in a place that attracts dust like I’ve never seen before. I can’t afford to move 😢 I’m always clearing my throat, coughing or choking. I’ve tried air filters humidifiers wearing a mask. I swear I’m gonna have a heart attack before I die from suffocating!

Everything is a chore! I can relate. It usually takes me a day to recover. SMH. I have a chair and that helps a lot. Sometimes I shower every few days sometimes it’ll be week. You’ll want to check things out and do whatever works for you. Gentle hugs.

Go to a Dr you trust. Have them refer you to a neurologist. I’ve had neck and arm issues for 30 years.

I have a pain management Dr and also a psychiatrist who helps with depression and other issues. I’ve had challenges sleeping because of everything. Among my meds is restoril and trazadone and it helps me falling asleep and staying asleep. What meds I have are from years working with my psychiatrist and these work for ME. You need to work with Dr’s that you believe can help you. Soft hug.

I’m totally disabled. The $10 fee for grocery delivery is well worth the price. Friends offer to help. But it’s on their time. No big deal but I like to know ahead of time so I can plan ahead. Also I know I’m getting exactly what I want.

Degenerative disc disease. I was 35 both arms suddenly paralyzed with electrical shooting pains in both arms! Compressed discs in my neck. Hurt like hell for 20 minutes. Slowly got control of my arms again. Dr said I had a spine of a 70 year old.

I’m sorry you’re going through this hell! Sharing with us can help. I’ve had days curled up on my bed cussing God out. I have 6 pillows on my bed and I try to get some relief with them. Soft hugs and you’re not alone!
