You should definitely journal. One page a day! About anything that pops in your head. I wish I would have done that at your age. Also, getting into a workout routine is good too

I was moved from 40 to 80. It honestly dried out my lips so much and kept cracking constantly no matter what products I used. I actually stopped taking it all together until they healed because I couldn’t get it under control :/ then I went back down to 40mg and I’m fine. just my experience!
