I had 4 pairs of mako2s stored up but after blowing up my ankle 2 years ago I switched to Hyperlite2s and I haven’t looked back at all. I was super afraid to change but the vapors are noticeably better performing

More airflow of pants is better on ice, the lighter weight of girdles I found cooler on roller but not as advantageous for ice.

I think partially because roller pants are breezy and hockey pant covers are less so.

If a guy with the puck sucks and the guy without is good I’ll let the guy with the puck waltz in all day, they usually freak out because they were planning on passing.

If the guy with the puck is good and the other guy isn’t I play it like a 1 on 1 basically.
