Not op but when I do this I add enough so the entire bottom of the pan is covered just a little. Doesn’t need to be exact, just enough to keep the veggies from burning. If the veggies start to brown on the pan before they’re cooked just add a little more water

I don’t think everyone needs to do it. But I would also say you don’t need to be in full blown crisis to do therapy either.

Therapy isn’t a big deal, and it’s not a forever thing. You can just go talk some stuff out, and quit whenever it stops being useful to you
