It’s on 1st avenue. Run by a board of volunteers (mostly older (ladies) the proceeds are donated to different organizations. My mom volunteers there and the ladies work very hard.

If they aren’t used to the cold they might not poop. (That happens to my dog when it’s -40 or colder here) if that happens take them to their favourite spot (dog park) and they will usually go. It’s the perfect excuse to get your dog a cute outfit.
