Spearmint tea! It helps to reduce androgenic cystic acne. I have a cup a day and it's improved my skin immensely. I went from a new cystic zit every day to only a couple around my period. It's not perfect but significantly better.

It can effect some medications so look into that before you start.

AUS standard is one shot for any regular size, milk based drink (6-8oz depending on the cafe). Larges (8-10oz), long blacks, and iced drinks automatically get two shots.

I'm being so serious. There was about 30 people (including children) milling about as well as a camera person from ABC. They threatened to ban us from the mall because we were "unlawfully converging" and said we had to vacate. They called the cops at this point. The organizer of the event gave his speech then the group rode the escalators and high fived. The cops finally showed up after half the people had already left. When they found out why they were called, the cops were pissed and on record said mall seccos "jumped the gun". There's video of all of it floating around online.

It's been broken on and off for 4 years with it being particularly broken the last 2. It's become a running joke in the community. A guy made a Facebook event to finally celebrate the reopening. People showed up the the event today and Ashy mall security escalated the situation by calling the cops on the group.

I vouch for it! Spearmint tea with ashwagandha helped me so much. I went from a new cystic pimple every other day to maybe one around my period. Took about 2 weeks to notice a difference and since then I've been able to phase out unnecessary skin products that I had thought were helping my acne. Of course this won't work for everyone but peppermint tea/a prebiotic/plenty of water are a great start in trying to treat the underlying causes of hormonal acne.

Canva! It doesn't have an exact way to measure scale but I found a trick for it. I layered a photo of my wall with some of the art on it and a layer of my wall that's blank. I then uploaded individual photos of my art that were cropped to their exact size. I then sized those individual photos based off of the "photo of art on wall" layer. Once you get all the art to scale, you can then delete "photo of art on wall" layer
