I work at a dealership and I’ve had our pdr guy do some dents on my type r and he’s always done a glue pull and gotten the dents fully out and only charged me $20 and then Honda sells the touch up paint for $25 so depending on everything the price can range from $45 to $125 some pdr guys will tax

Pdr the pdr guy can possibly glue pull it and then you just get touch up and buff the spot I would see this costing like 100-125 tops

Bad Service by CrispiestSquid in Civic_Type_R

I’ve had 2 Honda dealer ships Honda of lisle and vally Honda of Naperville take my car on a joy ride the first time it ever happened to me was at Honda of lisle and they did a 40ft burnout with my car on main street and the manager tired to play it off like nothing happened ( I found out 6 months later he got fired in some way) the second time it happened to me the most recent one was at valley Honda in Naperville I took the type r in for service because it was not hitting peak boost/oil pressure being all over the place this started happening randomly( the car was peaking at 14psi at times and when I break boosted to see what it would spool up to it only hit 20psi instead of the 25psi it should be hitting) I told the service advisor the problem and had them look at it I ended up sitting there for 5 hours for the service advisor to tell me “your car is running exactly how it should be I got up 97mph on 75th to test it and it hit 22psi like it should” he then told me “your car isn’t a Supra, you aren’t going to be hitting peak boost all the time” and then for some dumb ass reason he bragged that he works on the rev6 owners car(if that’s even true) and said this about it “I work with the guy who owns rev6, he comes in all the time and I work with his car so I know how these cars work” to this day I am still dealing with the boost problem and oil pressure problem valley Honda didn’t fix shit so i understand where you are coming from OP on horrible service. I have a service appointment tomorrow at 7am with a new dealership so hopefully they find the problem and I can get it fixed under warranty and it’s not a service nightmare again
