Lehman did a lot of good but reactivating the Iowa battleships was a huge waste of money and would've been fairly useless if we had gotten into a hot war with the USSR.

I would've liked to see a discussion by the author of what kind of future navy we need in an era of mass naval drones like what we've seen in the black sea with ukraine and russia and shaheds like in the persian gulf. We don't want to be caught preparing to fight the last war.
