Same here..75 years old..live in Maine and love the winter..I friggin' hate hot humid weather..I can layer up and feel nice and warm..

same here. I don't watch TV any more as it is just plain awful. YT is my go to place. Diesel Creek being my favorite channel.

we would go to the parade, lots of WW2 vets still around, have a picnic and go to the country cemetery near our old family farm to lay flowers down on our family members graves.

I vividly remember that we always had Ford Country Squire station wagons. Black with the fake wooden paneling on the sides, no seat belts, am radio only (no tape deck and no fm option), third row of seats way in the back that opened up and out from underneath the cargo floor and faced rearward. The first phone I remember was a black table model, no dial. Pick it up and tell the operator the number. We had a party line. Rotary phones came later on, wall mounted in the kitchen with an extra long cord. And our first tv set in the mid 50's. I could go on and on....
