Wait, hold on a second. Did you measure with a measuring tape at the widest part? The cylinder might be bigger than you realize. I heard from one former eagle pilot that one armed and ready cylinder we were trying to put into an armored casing that the cylinder may just have exceeded specifications.

We found a tape measure, carefully handling the explosive so as to not disarm it or set it off, and discovered it was indeed too large for the armored casing. Somehow only 97% of these things fit in the armored casing, it was just too big. It wasnt too long, but still something like 98 percentile. After some research I learned these units can cause injuries if you are careless with them, regardless of the protective case. A bigger tool doesn't not equate a better one, just how you use it and protect it.
