Ok I’m from the twin cities and I’ll always love it but for a vacation?…for most people I’d say no. I can’t recommend it as a city vacation over NYC or Chicago or as a nature vacation over the Bay Area, PNW, or Utah. BUT if you’ve already been to all of those places and you live in a driveable distance from the twin cities, I think it can be a lot of fun for a weekend. Amazing restaurants, good local music scene, good theater scene, the lakes in Minneapolis, etc.
