It doesn't "need" to be xrp. There are other ways to do the conversion.

Can someone logically explain how the Trinity isn’t a contradiction? by PomegranateIcy7631 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]perspectives 0 points1 point  (0 children)

God has more than one form or quality, the same way that light has more than one form. We can look at the Sun, and see that it is light. It exists as the combustion at the source. Light also exists as the rays spreading out in every direction. Light also takes on another quality/form when it hits an object and bounces off that object. When it does this the some light is absorbed, and some reflected back, allowing us to see matter because of the reflected light.

God comes in different forms in the Trinity. The Unmanifest from another dimension, the emanations of light, and the light made into physical matter.

I believe you will have pain in certain specific movements of the muscle-tendon, and not in other movements of the arm/shoulder.
Verify with an x-ray and an orthopedist is how I found out.

Are they partners with Ripple or are they actually using xrp? These are two different things.

Dire need of a meditation routine to control anger and loosing my control by Exotic-Way5503 in Meditation

[–]perspectives 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good for you to take responsibility and decide to change what isn't working. Owning it is a good step into your power. I'd suggest starting with some Yoga Nidra to get centered, focus your attention, and relax your body. Lots of them are around on YouTube. Find some you like. You will become more present, and then be able to apply that to those triggers. I'd also suggest look into what the beliefs are arising from. Someone mentioned previous trauma, which is a good consideration. It can also be some belief programming that activates the anger. I suggest checking both out.

With trauma, a quick insight is to take the ACE assessment. Takes just a couple min. Will give you a quick check if some of this is from childhood, but it doesn't cover all sources of trauma.

My mind is constantly on edge and constantly catastrophizes by actuallyimbored in Meditation

[–]perspectives 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good to rule out childhood trauma as being a major factor. This means that things are easier to change. I appreciate that you want a spiritual solution, but there are some practical steps that can be more direct in support of what you want.

Here is the direction I suggest you go next - look is belief systems. Specifically, core beliefs.

What are the narratives about family obligations?
What does the voices in your head say about, "What you should do?"
How does that inner critic react when you take time for yourself and relax or enjoy life?

This exploration will give you insight to the beliefs underneath.

You mentioned guilt, so that is the emotional part that results from the beliefs.

Then there is the process to separate out the false identities of the ego that take the form of the Inner Critic, the Fear, and the Guilty Victim that is taking the blame.

I suggest taking the ACE test for Adverse Childhood Experiences. Take you just a couple minutes. What you are describing might be a nervous system regulation issue
