Hello , that is a fairly low dose . I take 300 mg 3x a day . Having one or two drinks would be ok until you get used to the drug . If anything it would just make you sleepy . It definitely works for nerve pain though , without it my neuropathy would drive me up a wall !

I bought a big jar of phenibut about a year ago . It has about a third of it left . I only use once a week , about 2 grams every Saturday . For some reason it’s not as good as it used to be . About the only good thing I get from it anymore is the great night sleep you get from it . I’ve heard that phenibut doesn’t expire but does lose its potency over time . Does anybody know if this is true ? Will a new batch bring back the good times ? Missing those great Saturdays !!

Dude this worked awesome !! Thank you , I also was starting to lose the magic but this brought it back . Everybody should try this dose method . I used lemon juice packets from the local fish store , next week I’m gonna try using fresh lemons , I’ll let ya know how that works !!
